118 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
This document sets out the terms governing your use of the 118 platform. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the 118 platform, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use 118's services.
Continued use of the platform following any changes to the terms constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Users who register a new account are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to all these terms as of their registration date.
The 118 platform is only available to individuals aged 18 and above. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time and to restrict access to any user suspected to be under the minimum age requirement.
2. Account Creation & Security
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the 118 platform. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or closure of all associated accounts without prior notice.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information. False or misleading information may result in immediate suspension of your account. 118 reserves the right to verify user identity through appropriate review processes.
You are solely responsible for the security of your password and account login credentials. Do not share your login details with anyone. Any activity carried out through your account is considered to have been performed by you, unless you promptly report unauthorised access or credential theft to the 118 customer support team.
- Use a strong, unique password for your 118 account.
- Log out of your account when using a shared or public device.
- Contact customer support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
3. User Responsibilities & Usage Rules
Users of the 118 platform agree to use the service solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes. Any use that contravenes Malaysian law or that could compromise the integrity of the platform is strictly prohibited.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 118 platform:
- Fraud, match manipulation, or any attempt to exploit technical vulnerabilities in the platform.
- Use of automation software, bots, or third-party tools to gain an unfair advantage.
- Money laundering or using the platform for any unlawful financial purpose.
- Harassment of other users or the customer support team.
- Spreading false or misleading information about the 118 platform.
Any violation of the above rules may result in immediate suspension of your account, freezing of your balance, and legal action where necessary.
4. Payment Information & Transactions
All transactions on the 118 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). We support a range of local payment methods, including bank transfers via FPX and selected e-wallets. All deposits and withdrawals are subject to minimum and maximum limits, which you can check in the finance section of your account after logging in.
Users are responsible for ensuring that the bank account details they provide are accurate and belong to them personally. 118 is not liable for any delays or failed transactions resulting from inaccurate information submitted by the user.
Withdrawals can only be made to a verified account registered in the same name as the 118 account holder. Any attempt to withdraw funds to a third-party account will be declined and may result in further investigation.
118 reserves the right to place a hold on withdrawal processing for security review or regulatory compliance purposes. In such cases, the user will be contacted to provide any additional information required.
5. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimer
The 118 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the platform's continuous availability, accuracy, or suitability for any particular purpose.
118 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from:
- Service disruptions due to technical maintenance or system failures.
- Unauthorised access to a user's account resulting from the user's own negligence.
- Game or betting outcomes made on the basis of incomplete information.
- Internet connectivity issues or device problems on the user's end.
In all circumstances, 118's maximum liability to any user is limited to the total amount deposited into that user's account within the 30 days preceding the claim.
6. Account Policy, Intellectual Property & Changes to Terms
Account Suspension & Closure
118 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account without prior notice if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraud, breach of terms, multiple account usage, or illegal activity. Suspended accounts will undergo an internal review process before any final decision is made.
Users may also request to voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting the 118 customer support team. Any valid balance remaining in the account at the time of closure will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with standard procedures.
Intellectual Property
All content, designs, logos, graphics, text, and software code on the 118 platform are the property of 118 or our licensors and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or use any such content without prior written consent from 118.
Third-Party Links
The 118 platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. 118 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party sites. Access to third-party websites is entirely at the user's own risk.
Changes to Terms & Applicable Law
118 reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any part of these terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on the platform. Continued use of the platform after any such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall be resolved through the appropriate legal process under Malaysian jurisdiction.
